Following two years of funding, led mid-term review to evaluate progress, lessons learned and provide recommendations for HealthAI's new strategy.
As a senior expert with DG INTPA’s Health and Social Protection Advisory Services advised the European Commission on its global health strategy, international dialpogue and programme development. Led studies and strategic assignments on topics ranging from urban health, and polio eradication to health security and facilitated global seminars.
On behalf of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP) and Endeva, designed and delivered training on social and environmental impact assessment for agri-food businesses in India and Vietnam, helping to strengthen inclusive business ecosystems and maximise social and environmental impact.
Designed and facilitated an En-ROADS climate simulation game and analysis workshop for 45 managers at Helvetas' Western Balkans strategy retreat, supporting strategic dialogue on climate action and systems change.
Designed and facilitated The Road to 2030, a sustainability strategy workshop for senior managers, helping align the organisation around its long-term sustainability ambitions with a view to contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals across main value chains.
Supported pharmaceutical companies in developing and communicating Access to Healthcare strategies through research, benchmarking and strategic analysis. Advised on shared value business models, facilitated data collation and advised on submissions to the Access to Medicines Index in consecutive rounds of assessment.
Evaluated more than 100 applications for the 2022, 2023 and 2024 New European Bauhaus Prizes by the European Commission as part of an international expert jury, assessing projects at the intersection of sustainability, inclusion and aesthetics.
