The future isn't something that happens to us — it is something we shape through the decisions we make today.
For more than two decades, this idea has guided my work with leaders and organisations seeking to navigate uncertainty and create positive impact. I help turn bold ambitions into practical action, combining a systems perspective — the ability to connect ideas, disciplines and stakeholders — with a focus on practical, tailor-made solutions.Over 25+ years, I have worked with 100+ organisations in 30 countries at the intersection of people, planet and the economy. My experience spans global health, sustainable development, innovation and business strategy, advising the United Nations, the European Commission, NGOs, foundations and companies across sectors including consumer goods, mining, pharma and technology.
I also lecture at European universities and speak internationally on the challenges and opportunities shaping our future. I hold a Master in International Business Administration from Vienna University of Economics and Business and an MSc in Violence, Conflict and Development from SOAS, University of London. I am a certified En-ROADS Climate Ambassador and trained in Building Strategic Foresight Capability.

I imagine a world where social responsibility is the norm, not the exception — where individuals, companies and governments alike measure progress not only in economic terms, but in social and environmental ones too. I believe this is possible.
I work toward this at every level: as an individual, by minimising my own footprint and maximising positive impact; with organisations, by rethinking business models for better social, environmental and economic outcomes; with governments, by improving policy and removing obstacles to action; and with international bodies, by helping shape the processes that connect it all.
